Introduction

We have three manufacturing plants in India whereby we are manufacturing these Helical Anchors, extensions, brackets, Pin Piles and also other steel fabricated items catering to the needs of our International buyers and export the same from here.

We manufacture steel piling products based on our customer’s requirements satisfying them completely based on their designs and technically meeting their requirements. Also we design our own for our clients who wants us to design the helical Anchors based on their requirements meeting the essence of Load factors and soil conditions. Machines used to manufacture the end products are at par with the modern technical equipment’s. We also have our paint shop and our own galvanizing unit where we have been able to achieve galvanizing coating worth up to 100 microns. Our increasingly efficient production methods provide numerous customer benefits.

The Anchors, Extensions and the brackets manufactured in our yards consists of the best grade steel just to ensure that our buyers get the best value for their money there by, nullifying the risk of damage of screw piles. Each individual item is properly checked and then loaded for exports and domestic use.

Mostly we use Steel ASTM A 106 Grade B/C, ASTM A 36 and ASTM A 39 materials to manufacture these piles.

We also have the facility to manufacture large diameter piles based on 12″ pipes with a maximum of 40″ diameter helix. We make piles based on High Grade Seamless pipes, ERW (seam) pipe based piles and Round edged Solid bar piles.
